RETURN & EXCHANGE

Your orders will be sent to your registered delivery address within 7 business days after order confirmation. Do not forget to check your delivery address to avoid any mistakes.
You can return the products you want to return by filling out the return form and sending them back with the product within 7 days from the date you received the order. You can make an exchange within 15 days from the date you received the order.

Your returns and exchanges must be sent only with YURTİÇİ KARGO-ARAS KARGO.
And the shipping costs for your returns and exchanges belong to the sender (Customer).
Products sent with payment by different cargo will not be refunded.

You can request a refund or exchange for the product you have purchased, provided that it has not lost its resalable feature and has not been used.

If the product you have purchased and its packaging are found to be opened, damaged, broken, damaged, torn, used or similar, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted for return and the price will not be refunded.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the cargo company representative you received. If there is any damage to the product, have a report drawn up by the cargo company and do not accept the product. Please remember that once the product is received, you have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

 

Applications are essential in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502. If there is no damage caused by the consumer after the product you wish to return is examined, a refund will be made within 30 business days.
